Heyy there, Welcome to the very first lesson of ‘Hacking For Beginners’ series from Noob Code Pro. By the end of this series, you will be familiar with the terminology used by Hackers, some basic hacking methods and how they can be used by hackers to steal your information, and why securing your data is important and how to actually secure your data from attackers.
In this particular lesson we will learn about what we mean by ‘Information’.

WHAT IS INFORMATION?
Information is just processed and organized data. But what is data then? Data is simply a collection of facts and values which may exist in various forms. It could exist in form of numbers or text or even as facts in someone’s mind. (We will learn more about data in the upcoming lessons)
Now, when this data is organized in a convenient form for a specific purpose, it is known as Information.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INFORMATION AND DATA
A person’s Name is data but when we know the Name, Address and Phone Number of a person, we can say we have enough data about the person to organize it in a convenient and readable way to call it Information.
CONCLUSION
Knowing how to use data, and how to protect it from attackers is crucial for keeping our information safe. Did you find this “information” helpful? ;) Let me know in the comments below!! Leave us a like and follow Noob Code Pro for more programming and tech related content.
